S278 Project – Essex Solar Farm

We recently completed an S278 highways project for one of our clients at a solar farm in Essex.

The scope of works included:

* Excavation for a new footpath
* Installation of ducting
* Installation of edging restraints
* Installation of kerbs
* Placement of Type 1 sub-base, ready for the new footway

To meet the programme requirements and minimise disruption, the works were carried out across both day and night shifts.

A great effort from the team to deliver the project safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
